TALENT ATTRACTION AND EMPLOYEE RESILIENCE IN DEPOSIT MONEY BANKS IN PORT HARCOURT, NIGERIA

This study examined the relationship between talent attraction and employee resilience in deposit money banks Port Harcourt, Nigeria. The adopted cross-sectional survey its investigation of variables. Primary source data was generated through a structured questionnaire. population for this 283 staff 22 Harcourt. sample size 166 calculated using Taro Yamane determination formula. reliability instrument achieved by use Cronbach Alpha coefficient with all items scoring above 0.70. hypotheses were tested Spearman Rank Order Correlation. tests carried out at 95% confidence interval 0.05 level significance. findings revealed that there is significant thus concluded when adopt to secure services valued talent, enhanced. recommended management should be on look-out attract employees whom potential has been positive impact companies it motivate other similar ability among working within designated department company.
